Don Fructuoso Ubani Berrobi, natural de Moriones, que durante varios a\u00f1os fue p\u00e1rroco de Uju\u00e9.<br \/>Este documento est\u00e1 datado en <span-style-span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><\/span-style-span><span-style-span><\/span-style-span><span-style-span><\/span-style-span><span-style-span><\/span-style-span>1953<\/span> y como puede apreciarse, en el cu\u00f1o parroquial figura <span-style-span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><\/span-style-span><span-style-span><\/span-style-span><span-style-span><\/span-style-span><span-style-span><\/span-style-span>UXUE <\/span>que no UJUE, como actualmente se denomina esta local<span>\u00a0<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span><span>idad.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div><span><span>Un grupo de uxuetarras quiere recobrar la denominaci\u00f3n inicial de nuestro pueblo, sin \u00e1nimos de polemizar, y para ello proponemos que la villa realenga se denomine oficialmente<span-style-span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><\/span-style-span><span-style-span><\/span-style-span><span-style-span><\/span-style-span><span-style-span><\/span-style-span> UJUE-UXUE.<\/span> llamamiento a todos los ujuetarras. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div><span><span>Se trata de que cada uno mire en los documentos antiguos que solemos guardar en nuestras casas.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span><span>A veces nuestros antepasados cuando todav\u00eda no hab\u00eda documentaci\u00f3n civil, por ejemplo cuando no exist\u00edan ni los llamados libros de familia ni el mismo D.N.I., ten\u00edan documentos expedidos por las parroquias en los que se certificaba el nacimiento y bautismo o el matrimonio para poder presentarlos como certificado del estado civil del poseedor ante quien lo requiriese.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span><span>En todos esos certificados se sol\u00eda poner el sello de la parroquia o del ayuntamiento seg\u00fan era quien los exped\u00eda.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span><span>Puede que en vuestras casas teng\u00e1is alg\u00fan documento de este tipo y que en el cu\u00f1o o en el texto escrito, el nombre de nuestro pueblo y nuestra parroquia aparezca como <span-style-span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><\/span-style-span><span-style-span><\/span-style-span><span-style-span><\/span-style-span><span-style-span><\/span-style-span>UXUE <\/span>tal como en el documento de la foto.<\/span><span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span><span>Ya tenemos unos cuantos documentos fotografiados tanto del archivo parroquial como del ayuntamiento en los cuales se ve claramente que la palabra <span style=\"FONT-WEIGHT: bold\">Uxue<\/span> fue la \u00fanica con que se le denominaba a nuestro pueblo hasta mediados del siglo XIX.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span><span>Ahora toca hacer acopio de los documentos privados que pueda haber en las casas y que la gente quiera hacernos llegar mand\u00e1ndonos su fotograf\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>El motivo de este muestreo es reunir documentos para ilustrar una exposici\u00f3n que queremos hacer este verano sobre el nombre hist\u00f3rico de nuestro pueblo en la cual, por supuesto, estar\u00e1n las fotos y art\u00edculos que han aparecido en este blog desarrollando este
